Stretches Learned
35 foundational techniques in Level I and 30 advanced techniques in Level II — all practiced on real bodies under supervision.
Hours of Hands-On Practice
Seven hours each day. This is not a lecture course. You are stretching — and being stretched — from start to finish.
Live Practicum
You will stretch real clients on Sunday — your own clients or our volunteers. You leave with competence, confidence, and content.

Your CNU Stretch certification does not expire. No mandatory renewals, no recurring fees — just a credential that is yours for life.
