The entire weekend is hands-on — every block below is taught with you on the table working live, not lectured at from the front of the room. Specific combinations and stretches are listed for each block so you know exactly what's coming.

2:15 PM – 3:15 PM Pin-and-Pull / Pin-and-Push Master Patterns — anchor one tissue while moving another; cross-region application across the upper-body, lower-body, and spinal techniques you've learned
3:15 PM – 4:15 PM 25- and 50-Minute Session Sequencing — building region-to-region full-body combos that flow without breaking client rhythm; dial-in ergonomics review across every position
