Level I & II Graduates Ready to Deepen Their Toolkit

If you've been delivering CNU Stretch sessions consistently and you're ready to add 70+ advanced techniques, sequence them into combinations, and refine your practitioner mechanics — Level III & IV is the next move.

Active Practitioners
Working at a CNU Stretch–licensed gym or running your own practice and ready to expand the technique library you draw from on every session.
Lead Educators
Senior staff who'll be training new hires on advanced technique, the AIS framework, and the practitioner mechanics that protect their backs while they deliver.
Sequencing-Focused
Practitioners who want to move past one-stretch-at-a-time into multi-direction combinations and fascial-line flow work that elevate session quality.
Master Pathway
Anyone pursuing the full CNU Stretch master practitioner credential — Level III & IV is the final formal training step.

70+ Additional Stretches — Plus the Advanced Sequencing & Mechanics That Tie Them Together

Level III & IV is the deep technique expansion of the CNU Stretch system. You'll add 70+ new stretches to your toolkit — and learn how to combine them into multi-direction sequences, fascial-line flow work, and the practitioner-mechanics refinements that make every stretch in your library land cleaner.

01

70+ Advanced Stretches Across the Full Body

A full technique library expansion past Level I & II — every stretch is broken down with target muscle, client position, professional setup, common mistakes, and pro-tip refinements straight from the head-instructor playbook.

  • Lower body: Soleus, Bent-Knee Adductor, Captain Morgan, Knee-to-Armpit, Shin-to-Wall, Big Row 2, Row the Boat 2, Side-Lying See Saw, Invertors / Evertors, Prone Hip-In Pin & Pull, Prone Hip-Out Elevated, Prone Row the Boat
  • Upper body: Trap Pull-Across, Supine Triceps, Biceps Pin Fascial, Radial Pronation, Shoulder Internal & External Traction, Lat Pin & Pull, Half Prisoner / Chest Opener, ProTRACTion, Seated Tricep, Shoulder External (Subscap & Teres Major)
  • Spinal, neck & deep-tissue: Open Book, QL Seated 3, Seated Neck Combo (3-direction sequence covering Traps, Levator, Scalenes & SCM), Twisted Triangle
02

Stretch Combinations & Multi-Direction Sequences

The next step past one-stretch-at-a-time. You'll learn how CNU Stretch chains stretches into structured sequences that target a region from multiple angles in one continuous flow — the same patterns the head instructor uses to deliver a 25- or 50-minute session that feels seamless to the client.

  • Combination patterns: The Seated Neck Combo (ear-to-shoulder → chin-to-armpit → chin-to-chest), QL Seated 3-step, and Row the Boat 2 multi-line variations
  • Pin-and-Pull / Pin-and-Push frameworks: How to anchor one tissue while moving another so the stretch lands precisely instead of getting lost in the chain
  • Session sequencing: How to build a 25- or 50-minute session that flows region to region without breaking client rhythm
03

Advanced Fascial Line Programming

Move from "I'm stretching this muscle" to "I'm working this fascial line." You'll be able to identify which line a client's restriction lives on and pick the right stretch — or the right combination — to address it at the chain level.

  • Deep front line — targeted via Row the Boat 2 and the bent-knee adductor family
  • Superficial front line — mapped through Soleus, Captain Morgan, and the hip-flexor sequences
  • Lateral & spiral lines — reached through Big Row 2, Open Book, Side-Lying See Saw, and the trap/lat upper-body chain
  • Fascial vs muscular intent: When to "press and move" the fascia vs working pure ROM
04

Pro-Level Refinements & Practitioner Mechanics

Every advanced stretch in the library lands cleaner when you've internalized the practitioner-side mechanics. This module is the "what separates an okay practitioner from a senior one" content — the touch grading, body-positioning, and client-cueing details the head instructors drill into every cohort.

  • Touch grading: 1st point of resistance, the feeling-stretch zone, and deep-stretch end-of-range (3–5 oz of pressure, never more)
  • Stretch reflex management: How to spot and avoid the kickback so you stay at the productive edge of range
  • Pinch-point recognition: The common danger zones (hip front, anterior shoulder) and how to redirect when a client pinches
  • Practitioner ergonomics: Table height, vertical-shoulder alignment, relaxed-fist mechanics — protect your lower back so you can deliver 6–8 sessions a day without burning out
  • The AIS framework: Awareness · Imbalances · Solutions — the diagnostic mental model for every advanced session
  • Client-expectation setting: How to brief a client so deep-stretch intensity is a "hurts so good" not a complaint

Two Days. In Person. Hands On.

Level III & IV is delivered as a single combined two-day in-person intensive. The pace is hands-on practice with live clients — you'll work through every advanced stretch in the library, drill combination sequences, and dial in your practitioner mechanics with direct feedback from the head instructors.
