Terms of Service

CNU Stretch is the in-person stretch therapy certification and licensing program operated by CNU Fit, LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of cnustretch.com, the booking widget at app.cnustretch.com, and any free educational material we publish (blog posts, the income calculator, downloadable guides). Paid programs — certification courses, the licensing playbook, and ongoing partner services — are governed by separate written agreements that you receive before payment.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using cnustretch.com, booking a strategy call, submitting a form, or otherwise interacting with our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page when feasible.

3. Account & Access Security

If you receive credentials to our learning platform at academy.cnustretch.com, the booking system at app.cnustretch.com, or any other partner-only area, you are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at stretch@cnufit.com if you suspect a breach so we can secure the account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the site for personal research, business research, and to enroll in our programs. You may not scrape the site, use automated tools to crawl beyond what robots.txt permits, resell our materials, or reverse-engineer the certification curriculum. You may not use the site in any way that violates applicable law or infringes on someone else's rights.

5. Intellectual Property

"CNU Stretch" and "CNU Fit" are trademarks of CNU Fit, LLC. The course materials, the licensing playbook, marketing assets, the certification curriculum, and the content of this site are the property of CNU Fit, LLC or our licensors. Certified partners receive a limited license to use specific materials under their separate License Agreement — these Terms do not grant any such license. Nothing on this page transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

6. Third-Party Links and Tools

The site links to third-party services we rely on, including: the strategy-call booking widget at app.cnustretch.com (powered by GoHighLevel), the learning platform at academy.cnustretch.com, and continuing-education references to NASM, ACE, AFAA, ISSA, and NCBTMB. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of service. Your use of those services is governed by their own agreements.

7. No Warranties

The site, blog posts, the income calculator, and any other educational material are provided "as is" and "as available" for general informational purposes. We make no warranties — express or implied — about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Income projections produced by the calculator are illustrative based on industry benchmarks; they are not promises, guarantees, or projections of your actual results. Your results depend on your market, execution, and many factors outside our control.

8. Booking & Fees

Strategy calls booked through the site are free. Certification fees, license fees, and ongoing program costs are governed by separate written agreements that you receive and sign before any payment is collected. Refund terms, payment schedules, and cancellation rights live in those agreements — not here. If anything in those agreements conflicts with these Terms on a paid-program matter, the signed agreement controls.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CNU Stretch, CNU Fit, LLC, and their officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of someone else's rights through use of the site.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data — even if we were advised of the possibility. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site is the state and federal courts located in Kent County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Any claim must be filed within one year after it arises or it is permanently barred.

12. Severability

If a court finds any provision of these Terms unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.

13. SMS Communications

By submitting your phone number through any form on the site (including the booking widget and the income calculator), you consent to receive transactional and marketing SMS messages from CNU Stretch at the number you provided. 14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed License Agreement or Certification Agreement between you and CNU Fit, LLC, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site and our programs. They supersede any prior understandings on the same subject matter.
