Stretches Learned
35 foundational techniques in Level I and 30 advanced techniques in Level II — all practiced on real bodies under supervision.
Hours of Hands-On Practice
Seven hours each day. This is not a lecture course. You are stretching — and being stretched — from start to finish.
Live Practicum
You will stretch real clients on Sunday — your own clients or our volunteers. You leave with competence, confidence, and content.
Year Renewal Cycle
Your CNU Stretch credential renews every two years. Keep it active with continuing education, current CPR/AED, and a flat $99 renewal fee — we remind you well before your date.
Cohorts Are Limited — Reserve Early
CNU Stretch intensives are kept intentionally small to protect the quality of hands-on instruction. When a cohort fills, it closes. The next available date may be months away.
